Kat Davis grew up in Boise with a passion for engaging people in causes to benefit a greater good. She attended the University of Colorado, Boulder where she received bachelor’s degrees in both Environmental Studies and Geography, as well as a certificate in Public Health. After graduating, she stayed in Colorado to work in local government at the City and then County levels developing policy and programs to encourage a culture of zero waste. She has been in her current position as the Sustainability Coordinator at Boise State since August of 2017, with a strong focus on promoting a culture of sustainability through the empowerment and engagement of passionate students.
